Vintage French Lottery Advertising Poster, for the draw between 23/10/59 to 2/11/59, designed by Maurice Henry, a French painter, poet, filmmaker, as well as a cartoonist between 1930 – 1984. Talking inspiration from René Descartes, a French philosopher from the 17th Century, the poster says,

‘Famous phases, Descartes, “I think, so I am, so think about the next draw of the National Lottery”.’

The poster is in good original condition other than a couple of tears at the bottom and still has its very vivid bold colours.
